I'm a professional football player and certified mental coach. I started this platform because I've lived what most players only talk about: the mental battles behind the scenes.

I developed as a player in the youth academy of KRC Genk, widely considered one of the best academies in Belgium, and arguably in Europe. During those years, I proudly represented Belgium at every youth level from U15 to U21, and often captained the national team. One of the highlights of my career was leading Belgium to a bronze medal at the U17 World Cup, a moment I'll never forget.

I've played in several countries and top divisions, like the first division of Romania with Dinamo București, the second division of the Netherlands with FC Dordrecht, the second division of Belgium with Virton, and the fourth division of Germany. Today, I play for F91 Diddeleng, the most successful club in Luxembourg, competing at the top level of the Luxembourg First Division and regularly involved in European competitions.

Through my international career, I've become fluent in Dutch, English, French, and German, allowing me to connect with players from diverse backgrounds and provide coaching in multiple languages.
My Philosophy
My career has taken me through highs and lows, from national team glory to tough professional stretches, from contracts and international moments to dealing with bench time, injuries, and mental setbacks. Those very ups and downs gave me something more important than trophies: the experience and perspective to help others. That's what led me to become a mental coach.
Focus Field Football exists to help players develop the mental sharpness, confidence, and resilience needed to perform at their best. Consistently. This is not about vague motivation. It's about real, practical mental work built on experience and delivered with honesty.
